Arc’teryx Extends Traverse Line
Keep Accelerating
In summer 2007 Arc’teryx continues to extend the “Endorphin” line within its “Traverse” Collection, which was designed for highly aerobic and high-endurance sports. Thanks to the Velox Shorts and Velox Crew Shirt, every athlete can now enjoy Arc’teryx perfection during trail running sessions. Both garments feature the newly developed, extremely lightweight, breathable Libro (shirt) and Circuit (short) fabrics with good wicking properties.
Warm climates and full-out training runs require an extremely breathable shirt: the Velox Crew. Made of the new Libro fabric, a highly breathable, super lightweight (106g/m2) and sturdy polyester mesh, the Velox Crew offers a great weight to durability ratio, fantastic wicking capacities and a comfortably smooth feel. The athletic fit, flat-locked and well-placed seams and heat transfer labels provide great freedom of movement. The men’s crew has a round neck and the ladies receive a V-neck for a more feminine form.
The matching Velox Short is all a demanding runner wishes for: the new Circuit fabric – a bi-elastic stretch fabric reinforced with polyester endless filament – is surprisingly robust, but at the same time extremely lightweight (106g/m2) and elastic with great moisture management. Thanks to the DWR finish in nanotechnology water and dirt simply roll off. The athletic fit in combination with the stretch fabric and the flat-locked seams offer maximal freedom of movement.
