Gear: Take a full set of wires, some medium-size friends, slings and plenty of quickdraws

History:
One of the original “superdirettisimas” on the north faces of the Alps. The quartet comprising some of the most well-known climbers in the history of German mountaineering forced a way over long overhanging section to the chimney-cracks leading to the summit. They had to resort to a short bolt traverse in order to reach a bivouac ledge at the end of the first day. On the following day bolts were also placed for belays, neverthereless they produced an adventurous, aid climbing pitches.
