8c+ for a 13 Year Old!

Geoffray de Flaugergues from France redpointed La Novena Puerta (8c+/5.14c) at Santa Linya, Spain on February 29. De Flaugergues was on a short vacation from school and he is just shy of his 13th birthday.  Geoffray is only 4 feet 11 inches tall, which forced him to make three dynos to reach holds during his redpoint of La Novena Puerta. He redpointed the route at his 10th attempt.
Geoffray sent at least three other 8b+/8c routes, in Spain and France, and has onsighted almost a dozen 8a+ climbs.
