Optimised protection with Groundvent Technology

Vaude’s new Groundvent Technology provides all family tents as well as the Space and Mark series tents with optimised protection from wet conditions without any loss in ventilation.

Optimised protection of Vaude tents with Groundvent Technology

Vaude has extended the side walls of the outer tent down to further protect the inner tent from rainfall that can splash up off the ground. In order to maintain Vaude’s high standards of ventilation, an outer tent section closest to the ground is made of a very stable, breathable mesh fabric that allows plenty of fresh air to enter into the tent. This material is so stable that splash water bounces right off, despite its excellent breathability. Even when pitching your tent on very hard surfaces that cause raindrops to splash really high, Groundvent Technology keeps the inner tent dry. And the mesh material keeps mosquitoes at bay as well.
