New 8c+ Route in Slovenia

In the crag of Bohinjska Bela, Slovenia, Slovenian climber Matej Sova equipped a project back in 1999 but due to the often wet hold on the crucial part of the route he didn't manage to climb it. The route was unclimbed until this year. Thanks to the extremely dry spring another Slovenian climber Klemen Becan finally made the first ascent of the route and graded it 8c+. Three weeks later, motivated by his friend’s success, Matej climbed the route too, named it Privid (i.e. Vision) and confirmed the grade 8c+.
This 25 meter long route is now one of the hardest in Slovenia. The crux of the route are about 20 hard moves on small edges and undercuts without any real rest. Matej also made the first ascent of the 8c route in Barratro (Italy) and climbed his atractive new project in Osp (8c+).
